Dramatic weight loss / saggy skin

Lizzie has recently gone through dramatic weight loss (like 50kg) and being in her 40s and it happening over about a year she has been left with saggy skin & droopy boobs.

I think she looks fantastic and she still gives me the proper horn, plus not putting too fine a point on it, it's easier to see certain things.

However it's made her very nervous of getting back into the scene and going to clubs. Being large but firm with big tits is what she's got used to, so she's very self conscious about her new figure.

Has anyone else gone through this and what were your experinces?

(Please don't let my frank language fool you into thinking I'm being disrespectful of her. I'm proud of her progress and I think she's super hot, and make sure she knows it)

I have two friend who have been though this.

One had an operation where the cut a belt around the middle and rejoin ( had her boobs reduced at the same time), scaring has faded nicely, the other didn’t bother.

It’s about her confidence and what she is happy.

I haven't experienced this but would your partner feel more comfortable in some sheer lingerie to start with?

Yes, I’m struggling with this myself at the moment. I’ve lost 6 stone in a year and I’m suddenly picking at my body so much more than I ever did when I was bigger.

My boobs and thighs have the worst of the sagging, I still have more to lose so my stomach isn’t as bad but I absolutely hate the wrinkles and hanging.

I don’t really have advice, I’m trying my best to see the good parts because I am absolutely ecstatic that I’ve lost weight but I think it can be hard for our brains to adjust and catch up when it’s been such a dramatic loss.

Sassy

I've lost over 100lbs since last year, and can totally empathise. I'm happy with my new figure, as is D, but I'm conscious of loose skin and smaller boobs etc. On the plus side, I get to buy new undies!! Lol

I think best thing is to keep telling her how sexy she is.

Re clubs. Is lingerie the answer. A sexy body will hold up and in belly skin.

Fishnets would make thighs feel fabulous.

That's definitely the route I would go down.

Just had a look and man, she looks divine!

I was the same, had/have pretty awful self confidence issues but going to a club changed that. I saw people like me, except they were confident. So I decided to take that onboard.

Never looked back since

That's definitely the route I would go down.

I had a Gastric Sleeve 14 weeks ago and have lost 37kgs (5 stone 10lbs) in that time. My tits are smaller, my bum is softer and smaller, my belly is beginning to sag and my thighs look like melted wax. I still want to lose another 5 stone so I can imagine how saggy I'll be. But you know what? No matter how horrendous I think I look now, when I go to clubs it's as if none of my saggy wobbly bits exist to other people. I dress carefully to accentuate what I have and to make myself feel more confident. Stockings hide the wobbly thighs, a sheer arm cover top hides my bingo wings, a suspender belt accentuates my bum and covers my belly and a sheer skirt or lace dress over the top gives little glimpses as you move but doesn't put everything on show. Shein have some amazing pieces and so does Temu.

Embrace your weight loss, you were sexy before and you're sexy now.

NO ONE should feel body shamed. We are all different .My body is far from perfect, but I have what I have ,and wouldn't change it just to please anyone else ,or to attract people.

ALL bodies are beautiful .

Some NHS plastic surgeons used to offer the circumferential body lift to people who had gone through dramatic weight loss, along with breast lift (if female obviously lol) and excess skin removal on legs and arms. Whether they are still able to do so due to budgets would be the question.

You are so insanely sexy. Before and now.

And I absolutely agree about the club's. I have a big apron belly which I struggle not to hate. But in the club I feel great.

First time in a club… every man wishes he was bigger, every woman wishes she was smaller… in reality nobody really cared about it and just had a great time.
