I have discovered something tonight which has made me a bit twitched. Just scrolling through Facebook and it’s come up with people I may know and it’s been people from here even when we haven’t swapped phone numbers.
Anyone else experienced this? |

Yes. It's a FACT that all mobile devices track your contact history, and even listen to conversations. Even though you may have not swapped numbers, the systems know you have had SOME contact. Personally, we're not too bothered, but can understand it freaking others out x |

I got so tired of being tracked on line I left social media all together.
Google and Meta are the biggest data brokers in the world and just take a look at their terms and conditions, there is a clause which allows them to collect all data one puts out there, for them to use as they see fit. |

Isn't this about being careful with what information you share publicly with other members on here? My username is anonymous as is the email I use to register on here. I have the same details for my Kik and Skype accounts and don't use WhatsApp. I'd be amazed if Facebook could link my activities on here with any of its users. |

This is the reason I (Albert) have 2 phones. Well not strictly true I have 2 phones and 3 networks for my hobby where I may need to call an Ambulance. I use my main phone for Faeces Book etc, then my other phone for FAB and FET. It keeps everything seperate |

Pretty much what I do. And it works perfectly, don't have to tinker with privacy settings. Plus i have separate fb account with my synonym instead with real name. |
