What do people prefer writing in here? I feel if it just hey hi hello the message gets overlooked, what stands out and grabs attention?

Something that shows you've read their profile, understood it, and can offer something for them to be interested.

I do that but the message remains unread. For instance, do you read every message that has sexytoes in subject? I know women and couples get flooded with messages so hard to read them all.

Yes, we do. It shows people have read and understood our profile. We use it as a filter. We *may* read other messages if it's apparent that there's more than the usual "wyu?", "Meet now" etc.

Because Fab only retains only a certain number of messages, we use it as a reminder of who started the contact and for what reason.

We rarely use codewords in the subject line, but we may reflect on it in the text instead. This is because all our messages are VERY obviously written for the profile we're contacting. If they don't want to read it, they probably aren't for us anyway.

Other subject lines, may be from a forum post they commented in. Again, this is a reminder of who started contact, and why.

Wherever

No matter what you put or write it’s good to keep in mind people will first read your profile and if there’s no interest or mutual attraction, the message won’t be read.

Definitely having the word I've asked for in my profile in the subject heading will cause me to open, read and reply. Even if it's a thanks but no thanks.

Everything else I block. I use my block button as a "Happy swinging but I don't want to hear from you again, button"

Extra brownie points if he shares his own likes and dislikes. That way I can start to find mutual ground, have similarities to talk about and more likely to have a fun meet.

If I get a "Hey bbe how u doin," "U free nw- cum to my hotel," or "U so sxy,"....instant block. If he can't be bothered to make a good impression when first introducing yourself I have no reason to believe he'll make the effort in play. Which is why I'm here.
