Hey all.
Have recently gone through a pretty heart breaking split from my partner in crime who was also on here.
Have now both accepted that we'll be better off apart and will be there for our little one we share.
Moving on, I'm probably not quite ready yet but looking for a complete refresh of profile and outlook. Never done the scene on own as such (played with permission) so now a little out of water.
Any advice of how to go forward would be much appreciated. Do like the scene and if anything seeing this as an opportunity to spread wings and try new things. |

Some basics.
I'd take your time, to determine what it is that you want. Obviously that can change over time.
As you may have realised, it is incredibly hard for you single men here. Deciding on realistic expectations is important.
Priority could be to know what the people you're interested in, will need as essentials, from a single man's profile. You'll need to at least provide that and preferably more. |

Block her new single profile immediately!
Genuinely bro, you really don’t want to know or see what’s going on in her newly single world!
I speak from personal experience, I blocked her profile but she’d clearly moved on from that when a mutual friend took great delight in showing me her new single and couple profiles!
He didn’t intend any malice but it knocked me sideways for months and we’d been apart for years by then!
The transition to a single guy on Fab is torturous, get yourself to a club and meet as many people as you can for no other reason than to speed those wings you referenced!
PM me if you fancy a chat and good luck |

With respect mate, you have TWELVE meet verifications. You are lucky, a lot of us who have been on here over a year can't even get one meet. I would be over the moon If I had your success. |

Ha Ha,
These are not all recent. That said, don't really see them as "successes" more experiences (and delicious ones at that ) - Know what you mean though so is appreciated.
Have been in and around the scene for a good while and made some great friends along the way. The social scene used to be a bit different and knew others from another site who organised local socials. Will probably try and get myself to some of the Up The Brum Social type events going forward.
Club visits on own thoughts are a bit nerve wracking at moment.
