I had to get a new phone. And in the chat room it's saying ots either not connected or blocked. I went to app settings can't find fsb on the list, I got a Samsung, any one else had this and resolved? Many thanks |

Depends on what browser you are using. If using Google chrome then click the 3 doors right hand side go to settings then go to site settings you will camera, microphone etc you probably need to change the settings to ask/allow also allow javascript. That should work.
If not go to phone settings then go to security and privacy. Then go to privacy probably blocked from there as well. Which is under camera and microphone access.
Another useful tip is if its an actual android app then hold the app as if you was going to move or delete it. Click on the I then go to permissions then you can allow camera to be used for that app.
If all that don't work and you are using a website. Then it could be the site. Trying using the desktop site.
