Hey everyone, looking to explore light bondage and was wondering if there are any website you recommend on perfecting knots. Foxxy definitely needs tying up now and again   |

A lot of bondage uses very few knots, more a few functional ones, a few more decorative ones and loads of twists and turns (especially the very pretty shibari) as part of the thought process is if something goes wrong (god forbid) it's easy enough to get out of quickly without cutting it (rigging hemp, especially when dyed costs a fortune!)
anyway, it's not a website but I can highly recommend the book 'Bondage for Sex' by Chanta Rose....

Thanks for the reply, will look into that book. I use knots as part of my job but they are used so they don't slip. Wouldn't be any good lol |

Also check out the site hogtied. There are some instructional videos on there for the sort of knotting that's used in their bondage. It's simple, yet restrictive and fun. |

There is the rope jam in Manchester and similar events in other places in the country...
They work on a peer basis, it's none fetish, none sexual, just people practising bondage, sharing knowledge and helping each other learn.
I have paid for 'classes' but I've been very careful to double check the reputation of who is running them as there are many excellent riggers in the uk who will willingly, and freely share their knowledge. |
