No, it just means he/she/they have not cleared out their inbox.
Not everyone clears their inbox on a regular basis.
Far more fun to do a mass delete from time to time.

I think if you have messaged someone if they are interested they will reply. It might not be immediately but for myself pestering is the best way to put me off. |

nope if we dont delete does not mean amything accept .. we aint deleted it yet.
Also helps to be anle to check what was said when they guy messages yet again.
So we then go through once a week or something and delete a load but no if we interested we reply and say so.. if we dont reply its a no we normally message with no but not always.
So dont get your hopes up until you receive a positive reply
I now got this picture in my head of a load of blokes sitting there getting excited over messages they sent that have not been deleted.. thinking there lucks in...which does seem a little sad tbh.
Send a message and go check more profiles when you get a reply think about it more but not until then..  |

They could be holding you in reserve incase they dont get a better offer.....a sure fire way to find this out is to send them another 10-12 msgs in the next hr ...if the block you....you'll know they werent really interested  |
