Depending which email client and/or platform you are using, there's a chance it might be auto-filtering for you. For example, some will detect when you regularly delete emails from a certain site, then start to filter future emails to your spam folder.
Check spam first. |

We've stopped getting them too. Not changed any settings either and nothing in Spam. |
