(I added this to the swingers chat but realised this area would probably be better)
We have, as a couple and as singles, been attending swingers clubs for a little while now. But are looking for other experiences that a club has yet to meet. Such as a more intimate 3sum or 3sum where you don't feel like you're mindful of hogging a room.
So- we were considering doing fab meets but in a hotel.
Do people have advice on this?
I feel like it probably could be more time consuming and even lead to ghosters. But anything else or any tips?
Thanks in advance

Choose hotels with cool bars so you can just chill downstairs for a bit it's always cool.
I choose rooms with 2 beds as one might be too wet to sleep in after.
Ask for 2 keys on check in.
Don't forget you can hear everything outside of your room. Might be a family next door last thing u need is front desk disturbing play.

Hotels are great fun for a more relaxed meet, are you looking to meet in the evenings or daytime's ?
Ask for a room out of the way because more than likely the staff will know what's going on if your guest turns up in a car and has to register it to your room. 2 keys are fine as that's a norm anyway |

I guess an AirBnB depends on cost ... I have a fear of perhaps making plans and then ppl cancelling last minute.
We're evening meeting.... both work and we will be meeting as a couple with others. |

Could you make your first hotel meet with people you've met before?
Or have a plan B, that if the other party ghosts, you and your partner can explore something else together and still have a good time.
Not a fab meet but a partner let me down when I had already checked in at the hotel. I was livid I had wasted money. |

K" corner rooms are good only next door to one for noise but the noise isnt really a factor most hotels are used to this sort of thing going on you don't even need to mention it to reception |

Probably 50% of all my meets over the 10 years I’ve been using Fab have been in hotels, specifically Day Use rooms.
Never been an issue for me, and infinitely more comfortable, cleaner, and intimate than any club play zone with their ‘wipe clean’ judo mats |

A good idea with a plan B but I would feel crappy on the plan b if the plan a turned up!
And I bet you were livid .... that's what puts me off too |

And has it's own, 'special' appeal, when it's still warm and damp from whoever was there before you..... |

This is our preferred way to meet.
We always have a short social somewhere convenient beforehand to get a feel for our potential guest who are now always well verified.
If the social is good then agree a realistic date, time and hotel for all of you to meet at.
Book a hotel with a nice bar and meet there for a drink and a flirt then when ready head off to the room.
Perhaps when you’re a bit more established at it you could have a cool “stand by” guy just in case of a no show?
Our next one will be MMMF which could raise an eyebrow or two. |
