Photo verification for single profile

I'm trying to set up a single female profile for meets with bi women separate to my partner

This has asked for photo verify to finish registration I've uploaded photo with all the requirements and its been nearly two hours and I still have the photo verify screen which says will be done within an hour.

What do i do to resolve this?
