I was just wondering how long it took for some people to actually meet someone on here?
I’ve tried messaging some people on here but just keep getting completely blanked and don’t even read my messages i know not to take it to heart but kinds makes ya feel unwanted.
Also any tips or pointers would be a great help i am completely new to this.

Well when I joined I took my time chatted with few but really connected with one as everything fitted given the distance between us as well then it was mainly finding a suitable time when both available but we continued chatted until so roughly 6 months but I was mainly focused on just her and the chats spoke for themselves
Your bio seems ok as you've mentioned that you will only meet verified but your not verified are you can be a obstacle but if neither are verified are unable to verify each other you could try the cams and get verified it's also a great way to connect with others as much as the forums |

Okay thank you, i understand the whole verified thing as it’s to protect people etc but it’s like a double edged sword in the way people won’t meet unverified people.

The verified thing maybe a double edged sword OP but you do also state on your profile that you will not meet unverified people.
I've never used cams myself so can't help with that sorry.
Some good advice of how to get verified other than cams (some people don't value a cam veri) is to attend a club or go to an organised fab social in your local area. Chat to people and they can then verify you from there. |

maybe change your way of thinking ..no one is owed anything its a swingers site and not a sex on a plate site ...
there are 1000s of guys on here who never meet ..
someone has to at the very least like you ie looks personality and then add in to that there are zillions of you compared to women/couples ...
swinging is a lifestyle scene and due to the small numbers of women and couples there simply is not no one for everyone ..
its a extremely hard scene for alot guys some really get involved ie clubs and socials and it helps some just have the knack .... good luck op |

When you go to the cam room click on any user on the right this will open up their window and below that option to view chat you'll get the hand of it and at the top if you wish to leave back to the list of other cam users |

On average, single guys can take around a year to get their first meet. When I first started using fab about 10 years ago it was around 6 months, but when you consider the proportion of single men to women on here is well over 100 to 1, plus given how the global pandemic has affected a lot of peoples confidence in meeting new people can be a factor.
Just be patient, be yourself and have realistic expectations.
People of fab aren't here to sleep with anyone and everyone, or even anyone who asks. It works just like it does out there in the real world |

About 2 weeks, just a pointer brother, maybe cut down on the cock pics, you only got one! Just one decent one on your public is fine, use your imagination a bit on your pics that might get a few more interested, good luck don't give up and most of all don't give up! be polite when refused |

The newbies and not so newbies is a great night. But if you want a low key chilled out event there is the Tipsy Unicon pub quiz night on the last Tuesday of the month. Treat any club night as a social night first and foremost.

Same day I joined. I was keen and fortunate, that initial people sharing interest were a good bunch. I'm now much, much slower to meet, following initial chats.
It takes the time it takes, there is some luck involved but it's 99% about investing effort. And for you men, it means investing lots of effort, as wisely as you can.
Follow guidelines and tips, adapting them to suit you. Go to clubs. |

For me it was ok the first 2 weeks, then nothing. I realise that is not everyone's experience. What you got to remember is that there is a 74:1 radio of single men to women on here. |

I now understand first hand what it’s like to be a female on this site i got my friend who is a girl to create a profile with no effort in it at all and within 30 seconds she was bombarded with messages and friend requests it was like ringing the dinner bell we were both shocked we deleted it straight after that. So i feel for all the girls on here who get blasted with some awful stuff and a lot of dicks  |

Asking people to type "fun" before they message is putting an obstacle in their way. Also saying you won't meet unverified or with no public pics.
Personally I look in the backgrounds of photos and I find clutter or mess offputting. |
