Relax. Plenty of lubricant and if there’s unwanted plop then accept it’s part and parcel. So put a towel down and shower/ wash after. May not happen but at end of day if your in that area it’s going to happen regardless. It’s no big deal x. |

You can get enema capsules over the counter at any chemist. I can't remember the name of mine, but you just pop them in a few hours before, and it'll clear you out. Decent shower and your good to go. |
