Fitness/diet - it may help, however even at my fittest running self I’ve never lasted long with my mrs! Plus another of the guys we meet is waaaay more unfit than me and doesn’t struggle.
Edging/practice - that sounds more fun! Maybe that will help!

Quite a lot of it is just the way you are wired. There are sprays you can buy which do work but (a) taste horrible (b) can numb your partner too, which may not be what you want, and (c) need to be applied some time in advance so can ruin spontaneity. They are usually condom-compatible and you can apply them and wash them off once they’ve started working to help with (a) and (b) but see also (c) above. For some people anti-depressants like Prozac or seroxat can delay things, but also may take away your libido in the first place, and you’d need an off-label prescription from a medic.
Or you could have a wank an hour or so before you want to perform!

Wanking first always feels like cheating lol - if we’re playing with others it’s nicer to finish with a big load on her, which if I’ve wanked before won’t be as big. But I do think that might be the simplest solution. |
