I'll wear the health and safety Hat! Tying people up is an art form but you have to know what you are doing. Muscle and nerve damage are serious risks. Safety shears are a must.

So we did everything suggested here and it was great fun, 1hr 45mins later there was fluid everywhere ! At one one she gushed so hard it was all running down my leg.
