Ask yourself if you'd prefer to engage in conversation with someone with or without a profile picture ?

If your answer is ‘doesn’t matter to you’ then from a business point of view you are NOT seeing things from a clients point of view. Sorry for the pragmatism but sometimes makes things appear clearer.
