Assuming you told him up front you didn’t want a relationship (which is what your profile says) then I would just remind him that you are not looking for a relationship. If he has caught the feelings and you haven’t then you need to stand firm.

Unless you have done something that made him think otherwise

Repeat that you are not looking for anything more

If he can't do that

Walk away

I'd just tell them there is no point in not saying anything .Just say you are happy to have them as fuck buddy but you're not interested in taking it any farther than that. If they continue to push for more then tell them it's over as you are both looking for something else.

Have a frank and open conversation with them. See if there's an agreeable compromise or if finish it. Its not fair to strung alone in a relationship that isn't healthy.
