Youll find most men only look at other mens profiles from verifications so they get an idea of what a woman or couples preferences are. I'm not in bad shape, but if someone whose profile interests me, has only met up with ripped men, i know I'm not their type |

Who cares if they’re looking at you, it’s not harming anyone. We have single men blocked from messaging us, as we aren’t looking for men, but they can look at our profile if they wish, it’s not doing us any harm

I think the safest thing to do is hide your profile. Then men definitely won't be able to see it. Neither will the men pretending to be women, or the men in a couple. So you're totally protected from any man viewing your profile.

Don't have a problem with men looking at mine. I clearly state I'm not bi so they know it'll be looking only. I've chatted to quite a few single males about stuff and they are much better friends on here because there is no ulterior motive for chatting. The issue with threads like this, is that it's the equivalent of walking into a bar which is bi/gay friendly and declaring that no men may cast their eyes towards you.
It may be abundantly clear your straight, so they'd never approach you (aka they can read on your profile you're straight), but they have every right to look.
That's how I view here, you can block guys from messaging you, but there's no justification at all to stop men viewing your profile. If nothing else, they can just create a 2nd hidden female profile if they really wanted to find you.
I don't think the op is homophobic at all, but it does (initially) scream of some weird insecurity.

I can accept not wanting to be seen by certain people, while at the same time trying to stay genuine with a profile that is identifiable, that's just the risk you take on a site like this. But it's fairly easy to ignore the people who don't read your profile and/or you don't want to speak to |

You can do it in your preferences , the only downside is , quite a few guys look for guys to have fun with their wives and girlfriends , which would give you less chance of a meet , unless you have on profile looking for single women or cheating wives only |

He doesn’t feel the need to put pics up to attract people that’s not what we are looking for. so there’s certainly no secret. Maybe it’s because we state we aren’t looking for that and they see it as a challenge or we notice some are looking for shock value with there explicit messages. If you turn on the message filter so they can't message, they won't appear in who's looked at you
If, on top of that, you turn off Fabbing your pictures, you'll have no evidence at all that any men are looking. |

As above, you can't stop them looking, but if someone is creeping you out by multiple visits, blocking is easy.
Many people will be coming from the profiles of the people you've verified?
As in men who are looking to meet someone you've met, will look to see what they've got to live up to.
Ps I must add that it is a really good profile and photos.
(I'm old enough to be your mum  so can only comment on great layout and selection of pics) |
