Anyone can verify you, doesn't have to be a lady. You just need to meet them. Not sure if cam verification allows you to post, maybe someone else can answer that.

You can't just be verified, you have to meet someone.

We are only cam verified and can post talk to some one over camera to prove you’re not fake it’s a. Easy fix for this
