Message and profile disappeared

If an email chain and someone's profile disappears, does that mean they've left Fab?

Or that they've blocked me? (Can't see why she would have, but can't see why she'd have left all of a sudden either.)

She left the site because she wanted to. Or it was a guy pretending to be a girl and he got what he wanted
