Hi as a 51year old guy new to the scene I have started off well as far as performance goes .but recently been having ED problems.i can be playing With a woman and in my head I'm really enjoying the moment but no singe of an erection so I pleasure with oral which I haven't failed yet.aparently I have a gift .my main concern is if I explained this to a woman in a club would she change her mind about play .

I would feel as though you didn’t find me sexually arousing so yes it would put me off.

You could try explaining when first chatting with someone, before starting anything. In my case the combination of the anti-depressants I take, and my gender-dysphoric relationship with my body, cause me great difficulty in showing arousal. I try to be open about it. I'm still very strongly attracted to women, and do what I can to both give them pleasure and to receive pleasure from them. But I like them to know up front that whatever else, I'm unlikely to be the best shag of their lives...

Absolutely! You never know, there may be a physical reason for this that can be treated.

Also it's a bit of a vicious circle for guys... Have an erection, get nervous of loosing it, partner asks "do you not find me attractive?", your more likely to have ED in the future.....

It's all about treating a physical problem if there is one alongside breaking that vicious circle
