Possibly.
Has your GP diagnosed you with ED?
Have they referred you to the urology clinic?
They are primarily used for penile rehabilitation, but can be used to help get and maintain an erection.
If you are thinking of getting one, I would suggest a medical device not a cheap one from a sex shop.
Your urology clinic may provide one.
.
First line treatments for ED are
Lifestyle modification
PDE5 inhibitors - viagra, cialis etc
Vacuum device
.
Second line treatments include
Injections
Intraurethral pills
Creams
.
Third line treatment
Prosthesis |

The best thing to buy for ED is a pair of running shoes. And then use them. Quality and duration of erection is massively dic(k)tated by your aerobic fitness.
I hate to sound brutal too, but you list your body shape as "ample". I'm body positive, and I know a few people who carry a bit of weight but are actually very physically fit. But they're exceptions. If you're carrying some weight but still good to jog a few miles, then fine. If not, then I'm afraid that's the place to start, not buying pumps and creams and random snake oil shit off the internet.
