We have a veri to a couple who have a very similar profile name to the couple we actually did meet at a M&G at the weekend. We have messaged them to apologise but we would like to delete it as it was a genuine mistake? Can anyone advise please as we don’t want to get in bother for an honest mistake. |

You can’t delete a veri unfortunately. The only way you can stop it showing on the other couples profile is by blocking them. |

Ahh wasn't sure as we had one that stayed blank even though the other party blocked then unblocked again x |

No, they need to remain blocked for it not to show but it's your choice to have it displayed?"
If they sent it to the wrong couple, it's the couples decision whether to display it surely ? Admin need to be contacted to remove it |
