Advice and opinions needed please.

We currently show as a male male couple with Suzie being a convincing CD.

I feel we maybe better being shown as a M/f couple in light of the the Male/CD-TV option not being available.

Wondered what other think.

Unless one of you is female, then male/male seems like the correct/appropriate profile. You wouldn't want to order a box of grapefruits, receive a box with a grapefruit label on it, only to then find bananas inside, after all.

You are a MM couple and one of you is a CD. You are not a MF couple and the only reason I can see for saying you are is to get round message filters, or dupe people into meeting you.

I might be missing something, but I don't really get the reasoning here.

Thanks for input guys.

I accept what both are saying as 100% correct. Certainly don’t want to mislead anyone, however not having the option to choose a CD/TV/TS as you other half doesn’t help.

Was purely wondering what others thought so thanks again.

I think the thing to bear in mind is how people will feel if they contact you thinking they are contacting an MF couple.

Personally, I don't think it would go well.

Maybe adding an option for /CD-TV couple profiles is something you could suggest on the site feedback forum?

They don't even yet differentiate between TV and TS, so I wouldn't hold your breath.

My thought exactly. Whilst I'm not one to get too hung up on labels the lack of suitable ones on here for people to use is very apparent.

Maybe have a M/M profile and separate profiles to talk with people and you can the point them towards the couple profile.

Id stay with the MM profile as a mf would be misleading unless your partner was a full TS. If you were closer we would meet you based on your MM profile alone as it is honest in it's discription. Joanne.
