I don’t show my face pic on my profile and therefore would never ask anyone in a first message to send theirs.

Yes, you've got to make it as easy as possible for women sorting through 200 emails at a time. even if they can see your tiny thumbnail version of your picture they're going to find viewing the larger version of your picture in the body of the email easier. |
