Oh and to answer the other question the cage should be as long as the penis is flaccid so you can pee correctly, and the ring should allow a couple of fingers in.

As anything , yes it gently fir a few hours, use plenty if a greasy substance to not get any chafing, check it does not get too dry. Wear at night when alone and keep in as long as possible until real discomfort, as that is its purpose |
