Hi I've just been blocked by a new woman for saying I'm large on my profile! Please make sure you specify you don't want large men on your profiles please ladies!
What do other people think? |

So she doesn't like larger men. Some of us do, some of us don't.
Do you think I start a thread every time some guy on here calls me fat? No. I shrug, block him and move on.
Get a grip guys. We all have preferences. And it's only fun when you play with the people you 100% want to. Getting bullied into saying yes to someone you don't fancy because "it's all just a bit of fun" is actually sinister and will persuade women that this site isn't for them.
A guy can meet all my preferences and still not be my type. And many use the block button so that only people who meet there preferred type show up in searches. |

exactly so.. we block people we see that are not within our preference saves all wasting time both sides too.. |

She could have blocked you for anything, from the fact you're straight but seeking tvs to your short profile - who knows and why bother yourself.
Concentrate on those that are interested in you, and move on from those that are not interested in you.
I don't know why people seem to have a problem with other peoples preferences: as someone else said - get a grip!  |

Well if we listed everyone who we wouldn't think of meeting our profiles would be quite extensive and extraordinarily boring!
Some has to be left up to converstaion and a lot of people don't read profiles anyway!
Have you listed everyone you won't meet? Would you meet a large lady? Would you have anyone????
It was quite unkind of her to block you though, a little extreme if that's the only reason she blocked you?????? |

Totally agree with this.. Hate being 'bullied' to say yes to meet when they're not exactly my type.. Then being 'persuade' to play when the guy is not exactly my type.. My first 2 weeks in fab was like that, and it almost made me want to give up fab.. But then I met some awesome people, who set quite a high bar for the kind of meets I enjoy.. |

There really is no point analysing why people do what they do on here. However it pans out or whatever they do it just means 'no' so move on and forget it. You will never know why.
Look to those who might say 'yes' and forget the others.

i read this and went to check op's profile but couldn't ... Oops seem to gave blocked him... so unblocked to check.. Okay you say large. So not for us and Straight wanting to meet TV/TS. plus this thread sounds a bit needy.. so we blocked.. you have not contacted us but those are the reasons we blocked you if its any help towards why others might i don't know.. forget about it and concentrate as others have said on people that do want to meet you . Why people get so hung up on the ones that don't is beyond me..its not like fab only has 10 members is it ! |

Just a cursory look at your OP and profile gives me a very quickly put together list of 10 reasons why we would block you..... and being 'large' isn't one of them.... strangely..

Right, let's assume that the lady did block the OP for being large.
The bit that gets me here - and I say this as a fat guy myself - is how many guys are surprised at being knocked back for being fat / big / large etc.
Fat men in general are not physically attractive to most women - should that be any different on here ?
If anything, the ladies of Fab can be (and often are) even more selective than their vanilla counterparts and look for different things in the men they seek on here and the men they may wish to settle down with.
Physical attraction matters - to a lesser degree for some than others, but it does matter !
I don't think there is any great surprise in that.
Blocking is many peoples way of saying they aren't interested. It's not rude nor ignorant, it is an effective use of the resources made available to ALL users. |

Exactly. As with all fabbers We have guys message us that are not what we're looking for. To save receiving constant messages from them we block. Same as we do if someone isn't attractive to us. Why let someone perve over your profile if you don't wanna meet them? End of the day this is a SEX SITE. nothing more. And in order to have sex with someone there has to be a mutual attraction or alcohol involved. So unless the other person has a bottle of jd at the other end of their laptop you pretty much have to go by sexual preferences. If they don't like skinny they won't meet skinny. Don't want muscely won't meet muscley. Don't want large won't meet large.

So what? She wouldn't be interested in meeting you so she blocked you. There are men that don't take no for an answer so what better way to avoid that than block. That could be one reason. |

We block anyone we are not interested in meeting as it saves a lot of unwanted mail & a lot of repeated messages from single straight guys pretending to be straight when all they message us is they want to suck hubby's cock & saying they are really bi. |
