Serious question for more experienced folks from the female half ..we recently began to enjoy anal sex, ( something we keep just for us and not part of the swinging side), but having looked at posts on the subject my question is this; Although I enjoy it immensely I'm also mindful of the hygiene side of things so I purchased a bulb type douche to avoid potential embarrassing things happening when he is giving my anal pleasure, so users of such things, Where is the best place/way to use it? In the shower or over the toilet?? Serious advice is welcome before the usual sarcastic comments follow please?? xxx |

You can buy shower douche/enema kits on Amazon that fit onto your shower hose, and divert some water to a separate nozzle to use internally. It has a valve to control the flow, just make sure you keep the water temperature below 38 degrees (that's warm, not hot)
You can then release the shower which is easy to clean up

I have a bulb. But i find it better if i put the shower on jet. Relax my bum hole with finger and soap. Then squat down and have the shower head close to. The warm water goes up my bum and you can feel it fill up with warm water. When you feel it is full go to the toilet and release. Usually takes 3 goes to clean the area. |

Easy peasy, I always douche in case of anal play, which I enjoy if in mood, I have a bathroom with a bath sink and loo together.
What many will forget to tell you is know your habits well and think about what you eat and when. This makes a huge difference. I get in the bath do all my essentials wash everywhere, then I will step out the bath and use a small bulb, warm water, sometimes with sea salt, a tiny but of soap on nozzle in, release, do a little Irish jig and release. 99% of time if I do three little ones I'm spotless, but does depend on time of day, and your diet ans if your habits are normal and regular.
Once done I hop back in Bath finish washing, I like to use a salt and coconut scrub on these areas anyway, and voila.
Never had a poop accident, even with full on play, always is spotless and fresh no matter what occurs, I would suggest practice because figure your timings out, u need to ideally do it a few hours before play, as that area is designed to absorb water, hence why water based lube crap for anal.
If you dive in to soon pardon the pun, you can still be a little water squishy.
The key is get to know your body and you will know when your clean. |

I've recently got a rechargeable auto spray douche from bondara. Using the button to turn of/off can be a little fiddly but I find it a lot easier than the bulb ones for getting the water in. I find the end a lot more comfortable as well. |

I use a shower attachment, then empty out in the toilet, it's only two steps away.
I do try and plan what I eat through the day if there is a chance of sex later but it can be difficult. |

I use a bulb enema.
Warm water in the sink, use until everything runs clear then clean up & shower.
I wear a butt plug whilst doing my makeup, then have another round with the bulb just to make sure, before washing myself again & getting dressed up. |

This is what I do too, although never tried the butt plug and douche again. I like to shower after I’ve douched, but that would clearly ruin my make up second time - lol
Whilst I have occasionally had a bit of a ‘problem’ when playing on my own, I don’t generally douche then. But if going on a night out / date, I always do, and (touch wood), have never had an issue! Xx
I have thought about getting a shower head, and using whilst in the shower, but I do worry if there is anything that ‘comes out’ when you’re in the shower … how do you get it down the plug hole … or am I being a bit thick here!!

Do like the idea of a shower head enema, I'd find it a lovely feeling.

We bought a shower attachment and a 3 way valve. Turn temp low, reduce flow, squat and then insert and if you get it right you can have a constant stream going in and out, then fill up, stand up, give yourself a jiggle (seriously it helps) then push it out standing up.
Do that a few times and you're sorted.
We're quite heavily into anal play, not just sex, and I can assure you this is far far better than any bulb we've tried.
It's slightly more dirty than over a toilet but it's very effective.

I have a bulb douche, a syringe type and shower attachment. I use the shower attachment with an extension hose as that allows it to reach to the toilet, no messing about going to and fro. I also have a number of different douche heads for the shower attachment and the bulb douche.
The syringe has a tube attached and I use this if I can't use the other options.

That's why it's essential you buy one with the inline valve to control the flow rate. Uncontrolled mains pressure could do real damage to your insides  |

Using a shower attachment...don't have too much water pressure I find best. Also make sure you empty your howels before douching!!!.
Watch out for trapped water afterwards too, can be embarrassing. |

But, the rewards for anal are amazing!

I insert, squirt warm water in myself three or 4 times using a shower gel as 'lube', then enuresis that the shower is fully hygenic, afterwards.
I lastly, use the bull to put a bit of air into myself so that it gets rid of that last bit of water inside you, otherwise, a hour later, you can get a egg cup full when you least expect it!! |

If you eat weetabix, instead of 2 have 3 it makes poo more solid. I also find the bulb works best as shower attachments can send water too far up then it takes ages and gets trapped, comes out during or just after sex and is quite embarrassing |

Small device over toilet but I sometimes take shower head off and press end towards my hole, you would be surprised how much water you can squirt up there |
