First time organising a group meet

Hi everyone,
We're trying to organise a small group for next week.
We have an apartment booked, and I'm wondering what sort of things I need to keep in mind.
I've already said it's BYOB, and that condoms & lube will be provided. What else do I need to keep in mind?

are you sleeping there, if so maybe keep a room that is yours and not for play to allow you to sleep in a fresh bed or ask for extra bedding..

Soft drinks (aldi and lidl are great for individual bottles of water and pop).
Mints - just in case.
Wet wipes/tissues.
Towels - if the apartment sleeps 4 they will supply 4, if some people come from work or from places other than directly from home they will probably want a shower.
Don't forget shower gel and a can of deodorant - most people prefer to be fresh for you and if you supply it will use it. It's also handy for between sessions.
If you like a cup of tea or coffee then take a pint ofmilk! The apartment will probably have a tea tray like hotels do, but like hotels there will only be 4 pots of uht milk. |

I'd had that thought too. At the moment it's mainly single blokes that are replying, and we really want some ladies too. Bit concerned I'll end up being the only female! |

try inviting some couples, single ladies are unlikely to go if they dont know who they are meeting |

Don't assume the hotel will by default furnish the basic hospitality essentials (towels, tea coffee, soaps, hairdryer etc...) as they might be out of stock/in laundry or completely broken by the last room occupants that day and the hotel could leave you high and dry without them. We had this with one hotel in Notts a few years back and were seething by the time we left, vowing never to return!!!!
Allow for Murphy and you'll be fine

If it were me I'd take a cheap (pound shop) shower curtain and put it under the bedsheet... But I can get a bit drenched :-S
Last thing that appeals is a family resting in that bed next time and the mattress scented of fucking and gushes... |

Really nervous! It's a 1 bed flat, so I'm worried about having enough space, but also worried about no one turning up, lol!
Being our first party, I want to be sure I've got everything covered

It'll be a blast and you'll end up being a greedy girl if no couples come! The less room the better in my mind...no point having a party with everyone in private rooms! |

You're the second person to say that about the space so I guess I should stop worrying about it, lol!
