OP, there is tons of advice on forum already, but let me summarise main points:
1) good photos- sth that would leave a bit of mystery, entice the viewer to want to find out more. I'd leave cock pics in friends only as not everyone wants to see it.
2) good bio- it's your "shop window", your advertising platform. What makes you stand out from all the other men on this site? Probably saying you're a young bull is not going to be very enticing to most.
3) get yourself out there- forums and cams are good ways to engage online; offline- try organised socials or clubs, but not if you can't be sociable and talk to people.
