The transmission rates of stis via unprotected oral are lower than unprotected sex, but you can still catch/give them.
The worrying thing is most sti checks do not give oral swabs by default, which can mean asymptomatic people are unaware that they are carriers and passing it on.

You can however always request an oral swab.
If you explain you swing and you prefer oral without protection they are generally more than happy to offer (or say your partner is a sex worker if they grumble...) |

One of the reasons for such figures is many if not most oral contact goes on to include full sex meaning the true figures are hidden

Stis like herpes, gonorrhoea, chlamydia, hiv, hepatitis are transmitted through bodily fluids blood, semen, vaginal juices in case you didn't know?

For me condoms say nothing to me …
Or course I use condoms as respect to the woman and her intrests …
Specially in early days before trust builds up of course makes sense .
But honestly ? I don’t see much shield on it .
