Yes..i bought a spray from them (tea tree etc) sprayed a few times a day but bathed as normal obviously its a little tender so be gentle. used cotton wool pads to clean round. its one of the fastest healing areas but you still should give it 4-6 weeks to fully heal. I changed the ring to a bar after week 4. I think on hindsight i would have gone with a bar first but 'piercer' said that ball on the bar could easily undo whilst having sex, it can heal up quickly if you lose it..so carry a spare |

had my hood pierced a cpl of years ago didnt hurt that much and had sex the same night never had any problems with it until i had metal work put in my foot then my body started rejecting all my piercings so unfortunalty ive not got any left  |

Had my clit hood pierced a few years ago and it was a very sharp, burning pain which lasted around 2 seconds and that was it! Hurt more when she tightened the ball on the bar
Had gentle sex within a few days, and was told not to bother buying any expensive lotions or sprays for cleaning as salt and warm water (along with the bodies natural healing properties) were the best thing ever.
Not sure if I would have it done again, and have recently been thinking about letting it heal up (just getting a little bored with it), but can certainly say, I have enjoyed walking up and down stairs a lot more since I had it done |

Any piercing will hurt, some more than others but you cant stick a cannula thro your body and it not hurt, its bad enough having a drip put in with one never mind a genital piercing lol anyone who tells you it dont hurt are just acting hard 
saying that i had no after care problems ar all, the piercing was painful but it heeled very quick after and i had no problems with it |

Hi I had my clitoral hood pierced a few years ago now with a ring - the piercing centre i used put on gel first with a pad and asked me to wait 30 mins( they r not the die hard a piercing must hurt variety). when they pierced it i seriously felt not a thing. it was a bit tender for the first few days but absolutely fine after that. wow i get great sensations with it and i certainly cum more than i did without one. the blokes i have met including my husband all love it. i would def recommend it x |

A few years ago my husband was away with work and I decided to get a piercing done for him coming home. I wanted something different done so I had a Christina piercing. It hurt like hell as no anesthetic was used and it was quite a long deep piercing. Once it was done though I never had any problems.
