If it's Kamagra you're after, have you asked your Chemist? Mine can get it - and it's the genuine article. Not as cheap as the fakes on t'internet, but a damned sight safer...

And your chemist probably takes Mastercard too....

Be careful, what is sold as 'generic viagra' is often just chalk disguised as the real thing. It's quite an industry apparently. Better to buy real viagra from an on-line doctor.
