Hi all. As a virgin bi guy, I'm wondering what advice you'd give as I prep to pop my cherry. I've had anal with my wife and other girls before and while some naturally occurring occurrences have occurred, it has never bothered me. And it has been quite rare. Is this because girls are sugar and spice? I don't know. But what do I need to do to ensure my ass is cock ready when I finally go all the way? |

I’ve never prepared for anal aside from going to the toilet if I need to beforehand and being shower clean as usual before sex, never done all this internal stuff or buttplugs etc.. never had any ‘accidents’

Never done any prep either. I don't really plan for anal it just happens if it happens and I'm certainly not going to give myself a colonic everytime before sex just incase. |

An female friend gave me this advice and I have taken it ; eat nothing for 24 hours beforehand, enema at least twice while in the shower, insert a liver oil tablet deep inside. After this its thunderbirds are go . Like everything I guess its all about the preparation. |

Don't starve yourself before sex. That's a terrible idea and you're likely to pass out due to low blood sugar. You certainly won't be any good in bed if you're hungry and have no energy. |

 , i would really question your Female friend. you really do not need to starve to death or insert a liver oil tablet anywhere, i have no idea what the later would do anyway.
douche is sufficient and will be clean for a while, one way to suppress it as well for longer is to take imodium.and as mentionned by the above poster is you have no energy you will be useless in bed unless you get on all 4 and get the man do all the work  . |

I would seriously question this - especially the shower enema bit. They can be really dangerous if you’re not 100% secure in your water pressure consistency and control. And I also think it’s completely unnecessary if you have a decent fibre diet and know your bowel timings! If I amend my diet in any way to try to ‘help’ that’s when things go very wrong! |

We do anal regularily. I have never preped.
I have only ever had 1 accident and that particular time I was hammered by a fem domme.
Now that's a story.

i don't want to be rude but the fact you have no verif i question your knowledge. if every time i want anal sex? (which is daily, and tend to get it) i wouldn't eat ever again . great diet though.
As for the pre-lube lmao just buy proper lube |
