As an officially registered grown up these days I can still point to a vinyl collection of Mötley Crüe, Cinderella, Faster Pussycat, and Poison. They are all guilty pleasures, apart from David Lee Roth, who is just a pleasure… |

My (Mrs) playlist is all 90s hair metal! I love it and can’t seem to grow out of it!
I love the well known: GnR, Poison, Aerosmith, Motley Crue, Skid Row, LA Guns, but also those great lesser known bands: Big C*ck, Roxy Blue, Tuff, Pretty Boy Floyd, Dangeroys Toys,… oh the list is endless. I am in my element listening to my 90s Hair band playlist! |

I would say the 90s is when hair metal died?
Hair metals golden years of the 70s and 80s.
I think grunge started to kill hair metal off in the early part of the 90s.
Even Metallica cut there hair and went all shit after the Black Album. |

Including Metallica in the category "hair metal" is like making a hair metal thread in "Swinging Support and advice"... odd. |
