I have been swinging for4 years but have not played for 1 year now and feel incredably nervous about starting up again, i am very self consious about how my body looks, i need some moral support - has anyone else felt this way? |

We have returned recently after taking a year off from playing.
I felt nervous as hell but all went fine thankfully.

We still get nervous at every meet, and I think most people have issues about some part of their body.
Just take it at your own pace, and don't forget the socials are still running too, great way to meet people, and catch up with old friends (hint hint!).
