There aren't an awful lot of public gloryholes, though there are occasional ones in South Wales. Some clubs have them, but this would usually mean membership etc.
And the outdoors fun is likely to be better if you pre-arrange, who you're meeting with, what you'll be doing etc. Obviously you can't post public locations on fab, unless they're club names etc.
