Use lube to help with the tube, depending on the length and diameter of the tube will determine your pain / comfort level. If you can't manage the tube you can get urethral stretchers that go up in stages to get you used to the pipe size |

I have one. Longest I have worn it is 15 days with no issues. It’s the open cage design so easy to maintain hygiene. My advice is ensure it is sterile and use sterile gel. Try a few hours then work up. at first you may get a bit of bleeding but this should stop. If not stop immediately. And of course any pain stop immediately too. |

Be VERY aware of the dangers here. There is a good reason these are sold as novelty/non medical devices. You do not want infections down there and using the tubes are a quick way to achieve it. Personally I would stay well clear and let your penis pee in the way it was intended. |
