Not being able to fab pictures

There are some pictures on here that you can’t fab, I’ve looked in my own pictures and can’t seem to find a setting for that , just curious on they do it

There is a setting in every profile to allow pics to re fabd or not. Some don’t want/care to have their pics fabd and choose that option.
