Just a question

I get a pain ! tightening ! in the left side of my belly when I orgasm almost like a cramp . Hard to describe it .Is this something that happens to others. Or just me

I would suggest you go to a OB/GYN and get it checked out, could be nothing but you're better safe than sorry.

I get this after i have sex sometimes and i have poly-cystic ovary disease which causes this.

I get a pain sometimes when I'm having a solo session and it tends to be when my endometriosis is really flaring up. I put it down to inflamed endo.
