blurring pics for viewing on here?

i need to know how to blur pics but i dont have a photo editor is there any other way that it can be done please

You need a photo editor there are several free ones available to download just do a search.

If all else fails - I guess you could use Paint (part of Windows). Use the 'cut' tool to cut out bits you don't want people to see OR crop the photo so your face or whatever isn't in the saved image.

However, I much prefer photos to be blurred.

You can download a free programme called Photoscape that is very easy to use. You can crop, blur, add text etc.

if you're using an android phone cymera does the trick
