Should we delete her old pics?
Jump to: Newest in thread
Mrs D is no longer the busty curvaceous lady she once was. She has lost a considerable amount of weight and has suggested we delete the old pics as they don’t represent who she is now. Thoughts please fabbers, should we delete the old her and start again? Or just update our profile to explain?
Thanks in advance. |

We are struggling to decide. Hence the forum post. |

Providing the more recent photos represent what she looks like now that's all that matters
I did try and take a look but 10-15 photos is kind of my limit, I'm not sure anyone would look through almost 300photos & then complain your misrepresenting yourself, all I'd say is I couldn't get any idea of body shape from the first dozen or so photos

She is unsure. "
oh right. Why not set them to friends only and if she decides she wants them back in public she can just put them there |

Think its quite hard to constantly keep up to date pics on a profile when we all change so much. I say keep the old pics, its who she was. As long as any potential meets have the option of seeing recent pics then thats fine. |

Some of my photos are 10 years old.
I show guys my recent pictures if I'm interested in them.
Everyone I'm interested gets told.
I don't delete my old pictures as I don't have more recent ones to show. |

think of it the other way around if a guy put old pics of his being slim and you decided to meet and now hes large ? how would that feel ? men get slated for this all the time ... the pics should be of you as you are now so if you meet then you are that person and not your old self ... |

OK so, if you guys were chatting to a man on here and are doing so because you like the look of him so you arrange a meet.
He turns up and his body looks nothing like the pics he has on his profile, would you be happy with that? I would say that with our experience on fab and have read others that we like to see more up to date pics of someone on their profile and not what they looked like years ago....so my advice would be yes..but as said before..its up to you guys but mostly up to her. |

"Just take some new photos, it's easy enough to see people's progression from the dates. "
This 100%
Fox has lost weight in the last couple of years and I may (cough) have added a little timber.
But there's no need for a total overhaul. Images have dates on them so old ones (some of ours are a decade old!) are obvious as are new ones, so just take some more.
We've added a couple of new ones but there's still some old favourites too.

If you start to form a friendship with a new individual/ couple you could exchange more recent pictures of yourselves. Surely they will find it more personal that way as they are directed towards them instead of anyone who checks your profile out randomly. Either way we find chemistry is the key to a positive connection over anyones personal appearance. Hope you figure everything out guys x |

Why not place them in the private category? That way they are still available for you to share should you want to and they are not visible to either public or friends. In other words, you have control and they are not ‘lost’. |

Great question.
In the main we try to keep our photo section up to date ( mostly pictures taken within the last twelve months )
The main driver as to whether a picture stays up on our profile is the number of Fabs it gets, we have a regular cull of those that, for whatever reason, don't seem to appeal to our audience.
Having said that, we do have half a dozen or so "Greatest Hits" that have stayed visible even since we joined Fabs back in 2019.
My favourite picture of Jayne was taken long before we got involved with the lifestyle. Would we put it up here? Probably not, and if so, only as a private image to share with friends and clearly classified as "Nostalgia"

Your oldest pictures are 2016 which is six years ago. We all change and this site is really about now, so why keep them? However as long as you have recent pictures it really doesn't matter. What we really dislike are profiles with only photos that are five or even ten years old. |

We have new and old pics dating back to 2016. I think it shows We are experienced in the lifestyle. All photos are dated and I always send any potential meet a recent pic. I think that is an honest and authentic representation of us as a couple. You can do no more x

If you're trying to attract meets it's probably best to have reasonably up-to-date pictures. Keep in mind pictures do show the date they were uploaded when people view them in your gallery. That could arguably give folk a good clue that they are x years old. |
