Club attire for men advice?

We’re planning our first club visit at the weekend and also taking some friends who we play with already.

Anyway…. We’re assuming that lingerie is a done deal for the women but what about the lads? Do we just strut around in our boxers?

Sorry if this seems dumb or naive but it just occurred to me that the Mrs will be looking stunning and I could end up looking like I’m just getting mid way getting dressed lol

I’ve never been to a club (too shy) but I’d suggest leaving your socks off if you’re down to boxers

It depends on the club.

We won't go to dress down clubs, as we both like to dress smartly and don't like seeing men wanking under towels. So when we go, Dave usually wears a kilt and smart shirt - initially at least.

Later on we often both stay naked, or Caroline in underwear and Dave on just a kilt.

I always worse smart shirt and trousers at the club we visited in London.

The ladies we saw wore everything from cocktail dresses to being completely naked.

Unless there is a specific dress code I think it is whatever you are comfortable with.

It depends on the club. If it's a non dress down club, smart trousers and shirt or smart jeans and smart t-shirt is ok, no trainers though. Every club has on their website the dress code.

It depends on the club. Take a look at their website and they’ll tell you exactly what the dress code is.

Mr always wears a smart shirt and trousers when we go out. Can’t go wrong

Men tend to wear sliders on their feet and some clubs sell flip flops at the bar. The few times I’ve been, men have been in boxers with a towel round them, which is apparently good for hiding hard ons

Just don't walk barefoot? Not recommended anyway for H&S reasons.

Nice t shirt, jeans (no underwear) and flip flops

Easy to get in/out of, jump into hot tubs

Pre-dress down, Steph will be in a sheer dress with lingerie underneath. I'll be in Nice shirt and jeans.

Dress down will be lingerie or a simple lace outfit for her and black boxers for me. We've seen guys wearing plain white tshirts with boxers if they didn't feel comfortable being that exposed, which is perfectly fine.

I waer boxer shorts just can not be bothered with towels But check out the clubs dress code as all clubs have different rules.

Take maybe more than 1 out fit as if you're in and out of playrooms showers and hot tub saves you from getting smelly.

Dress down clubs I always go with just a towel and no other clothing, easier to shower in between any possible playing that may happen having nothing else on underneath.

Non-dress down clubs it’s always a collared shirt, smart jeans and Chelsea boots for me. Can’t go wrong with that

I go dressed smart and undress to my boxers. You'll find that 80% of guys do exactly the same.

I tend to only see older guys wearing just towels. But each to their own. Rarely see anyone strutting naked.

Definitely go to the clubs website and check not only the club but the event. I regularly go to a club that is naked / towel in the day with flip flops or sliders however on a weekend evening it is smart dress and shoes for gents any trainers or too casual jeans and you're not coming in. Honestly I see so many people (both men and women) turned away when it's a dressed event because they've not bothered to check.
