The one thing that stops us reading a profile is a massive list of demands and rules, it simply makes us switch off and not bother because it looks so unfriendly!

Guys regularly get slagged, rightly in my opinion, for their 'one liner' messages, and yet the number of women's profiles with barely one line on them is pretty incredible!
Appeals to my cynicism!!

The ones that have those huge ASCII drawings taking up two internet pages, usually naked women or flags. Or the ones who post some sort of 'erotic' story on there. Ham and cheese or what!
The ones with no profile, or 'I'll fill this in later' or 'here for a fuck' just get passed over. No effort on a profile makes me think there will be little effort on the meet. |

No photos, and no verifications despite being on for over a year or certainly a length of time! And the ones that say, 'will complete later!'

Agree, and there are a couple of shots involving me in our public gallery.
Our impression is, though, that for the majority of couples, it's the guy who does the 'admin' and it's pics of the fem which attract us poor, sad, shallow men all the time.... innit

It is annoying when people who demand face pic when they don't even have a single pic on their profile!! Another thing that irks me is and has been mentioned when people have been on here for ages without verifications,which clearly shows they have no intention of meeting anyone,also guys of the couples who state they are looking for tv s or bi males then say they are straight!! Very strange lol |

Oh and those profiles where the verifications are different to what the profile states they are looking for. Like 'straight' guys profiles that state they are looking for f or fm and are verified by tv or profiles that state no one over 35 and are verified by someone who is 53. Ellie x. |

Yup, got to have some shots of the guy for Me and not just his cock! I know what one looks like thanks, show me the person attached to it please! a well written honest friendly and funny profile is cool. I agree HATE poor grammer and txt speak. Always makes me think they will be thick and boring. I Don't mind people saying nicely that there may be things they do/don't do but totally agree shouting and ranting about won't do this, won't do that, don't contact us unless ....., blah blah blah is a massive turn off. |

Profiles which are far too long, don't get me wrong I don't like profiles which have nothing on them but there are some which would take a good 10 mins to read it all. I don't want to know absolutely everything about you! Would have nothing to ask in messages then! |

now I'm all for respecting preferences...but when someone complains the whole site is fulla fakes n timewasters..it only leads me to believe they are shit at choosing meets...simple as. |

Ok, a few of mine:
1) Guys that believe it is their right to other women, but get offended when you enquire about their partners (without the partners choice or opinion in the matter that is)
2) People that (face) demand pictures but have none of their own - not even in private.
3) People that demand the earth from you before they agree to a meet.
4) Confusing profiles: Can't accomodate, can't travel, but expect you to travel to them (some 100 miles or so) AND pay for the hotel, with full knowledge they can't stay the whole night.
5) Girls that expect/demand gifts to be brought on the meet ... even from other girls!
6) Profiles that on the one hand can't decide if they want to meet you or not (as they feel they don't know you well enough), despite exchanges of interaction... but are very interested in your "friends" (who are strangers) if you can arrange for them to turn up for a meet.
7) Profiles that honestly believe, as a single guy, you're at the bottom of the pecking order and there should you stay - then get offended when someone else's preference works against them. |

The usual......no pics (yet ask for pics in return if they message you), no profile apart from a few words saying "will fill in later", and text speech...so iritating.
As many have stated before, your profile sells you, and for the guys it has to be a lot sharper than a womans (unfair, but thats life). A bit of effort will show the thought you put in, and that indicates the thought you would put into a meet (IMHO).

doesnt mean they lower their standards because they choose a username that doesnt sound ladylike....or refer to themselves as (insert name)- there are about 4 or 5 who use these forums...and appear very intelligent people..I dont think they lower their standards just because of their username.
we do have names that lack originality and I could say such as
horny/naughty+location+relationship status+ numbers(as someone most likely else has the same username...from the same area obviously) |
