You've started a few threads along these lines.
On one of the earliest ones the first bit of advice that you were given was get out and socialise and make friends.
Unlike men, single women don't pay a premium to get in to clubs, so your offer isn't going to be over appealing to as stranger. But if you have friends on the scene, then it will potentially be much a much more appealing proposition.
