Well now to the hard task on trying to remove the object, tried last night and this morning definitely not possible for myself cursing not having a partner to assist so any tips or is it AE visit before causing any harm to myself  |

I bought these but haven’t used them because I was worried about how to remove them after. Sorry no help whatsoever but hope you avoid a trip to a&e. I’m sure I read somewhere you need to push as you’re trying to get it so it pushes down a bit x |

How to remove a Sponstampon? After making love, the Beppy tampon is a little deeper than when you wear a Beppy tampon without making love. Shortly after making love, your vagina is still stretched to the maximum, so wait a moment before removing the Beppy. The easiest thing to do is to remove it while showering or in the bath, then you are relaxed and your vagina is supple and moist. If necessary, you can lower the Beppy a little (weigh it down) by making it wet with the shower, so that the Beppy tampon is easy to grab. Relaxing is the most important thing. |

Sooo many questions. Far be it for me to question the illustrious Beppy tampon people but ...
Do they really think having sex stretches your vagina to it's maximum? What about childbirth? Also under those circumstances wouldn't it be easier to remove?
How on earth does having a bath or shower make your vagina supple and moist? Also how in god's name do you get the shower head up there to make it wet? Is that even wise?
Op the advice my doc gave me to find the strings of my coil was to squat, relax and use your index rather than middle finger. Bearing down might help too.

Shower head up the chuff or squat down try to hook it out. Used these many a time |

Obv I don’t mean the shower head up there but water will make it swell and get heavier then bare down whilst squatting if that makes sense |

Thank you all the advice I did try squatting shower head last night also this morning just way too far up my fingers too small, so made decision AE had in over 12 hours concern thankfully in and out 30 mins nurses brilliant too no questions asked either  definitely won’t use again so thank you all  |
