People filming meets without permission

Hi all. I was just wondering if this was a common issue with people.
Firstly I'd like to say that I am more than ok to make naughty films etc but I've had it twice now where the couples have not mentioned it and then recorded secretly and the first time I knew about it was when the videos were posted on here or other sites.
To me that's not right and breaks people's trust |

WE wouldn't dream of doing something like that and would not put up with it if someone tried it. Perhaps meeting for a social and hosting yourself even if it is at a hotel would reduce the chance of it happening again. |

Thank you for your responses, I was not sure where I stood but its happened twice now. If I were asked that would be different but I believe that discretion and trust is what makes this site possible |

Yes I have reported the ones that are public and I can see but one of the couples have alot of friends only videos and pictures so I'm concerned to whether there is more |

Happened to me with two couples now..
Only found out afterwards..
When some pics appeared in their profile and I recognised my cock ..
Second one the guy messaged me and asked if I wanted to watch myself fucking his wife.. weirdo |

Years ago, amateur audio recordings of meets were commonplace; but the sophistication nowadays of products like Gopro and infrared cameras make professional quality recordings possible, surreptitiously. |

Met a couple a few times and only about the third or fourth time of meeting them did they admit to recording all our meets. They had a Canary security device by their TV and it looks like a piece of equipment that goes with a home entertainment system so it didn't raise any suspicions but it was in fact recording everything in the room. |

There are quite a few videos on here that make me wonder of they realise they have been filmed and put up for everyone to see, then there is the blatant ones where usually a woman will say...are you filming with the answer yes..then quickly hide her face by which time it's to late and the footage has been posted...its outright disgusting and just shouldn't ever happen without concent. |

It's a criminal offence to do that!
I have two guys who I meet who do take photos or film but they show me the results first and ask if they can post the results on Fab but if I say no they won't post it |

We would never do it secretly. It's also agaisnt the law. We have regular trusted guys we like to vid cum shots with everyone up front about it. If tattoos or faces come on show then we delete or crop and edit until everyone is happy  |

Pisses me off more than anything to be honest with you and it has a lasting impact on the person that didn't know. Trust in the community is usually well placed but when it happens more than once with different people filmings then you start to get very aware that there may be hidden cameras. SHame really |

What are the responses of admin here when this is reported? Do they remove the videos and ban the people concerned? It's not easy to report to police, as that means admitting to being on here, and some, like myself, with partners who don't know we're here could never take legal action. I know it says 'don't name and shame', but surely this is a case where others should be warned about the actions of some individuals and couples. |

That is disgraceful. They should be done for it.
I have heard about a couple who have lots of meets with both couples and singles. They always secretly film their meets and have boasted about it apparently. They have even said when the time is right they are going to post the videos on lots of different porn websites. As far as I am aware this couple is not on Fab. |

Report to admin and they will take action but if they still keep posting on different sites then report this to police. It’s a serious offence. |

We always talk quite intensely before anything happens and will respect if they ask for certain body parts not to be filmed, like faces, but would never think of breaking the law or someone’s trust. |

I often film my meets but with permission.
I do a lot of porn, and the rules now are very strict. Basically I need a legal model release form signed by each participant.
To upload any footage that isn’t agreed is totally against the law, and huge fines can result. |

We like to film but we always ask beforehand. Must admit we have had a few guys agree in the pre meet chat just to get the foot in the door then change the goal posts when it comes to it. Can never force anyone to be filmed but for us no video or pics then no play. Just wish people could just be upfront as it makes so much easier. |

All these people saying it's a criminal offence. That may be the case but are you going to get the police involved ?? .. I bet the majority don't.. only way to counter this is host at your place only.. or in a hotel room.
Really pays to get to know better before getting naked. It's a shame that many on here don't value chat and messaging and socials ... I'm always trying to get chat off the ground to get a feel for trust etc but so many are just driven by gym boy pictures and false promises and then complain about no shows or catfish or ghosting or abuse when they get found out ... Meanwhile us genuine guys get no chat .. .. .. |

I have caught a few people trying to secretly film with me in London / Mancs. it ended violently for them and a removed recording device I took with me as evidence .
So many people have no concept of consent and how serious crime it is they are doing nowadays . Idiots |

Recording is unethical and voyeuristic, but where recording for the purpose of 'revenge porn' is concerned, prison sentences are very stiff.
This is a fundamental breach of a person's right to privacy.
Check Bailii (British and Irish legal information institute) for details of cases in jurisdictions: England and Wales; Scotland;
Northern Ireland, and Republic of Ireland.

There are films of me on here from my days as a couple I did not give permission for however I have no idea if my partner at the time did? I wouldn’t know as he blocked me and the couple we played with carried on posting films of us from that meet. People still let me know to this day they are posted. I can’t do anything as I am blocked from the profiles so can’t report them. I know they are there though.
With my face on too  I had no idea I was even being filmed and would never have gone had I known |

100% criminal. Offence under section 67 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 in E&W; Section 9 of the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009.

Totally agree. Some people on this site show a casual regard for consent when it comes to things like that, public sex, and unsolicited nudes. It makes me wonder with which other matters of consent else they take this laissez faire approach. |

I managed to get a video removed last week. I had no idea I was being filmed!
A friend reported it for me and said I had not given permission and it was removed but it’s like playing catch up |
