Wow, football-sized tumour! Glad you're well and able to play. I have coil, my first one- no periods, just light spotting. This one is still settling in so it's ups and downs. |

Yeah, my surgeon was amazed too seeing as how tiny I am. I never had the coil, and wasn't on the pill either, there was no need then, I only ever fucked hubbs. After surgery was when we started swinging. Surgery changed my life in so many ways |

Male member of the partnership here.
Ladies, if you're not comfortable playing downstairs while mother nature is in the house there's still lots you can do.
If possible, don't let it stop you from having a good time even if it's not your best time.
For the record, I'm happy to play regardless of periods. It's only blood and it wouldn't put me off at all. |

There's the reason not to play though ... blood. It carries every element the human body needs to live and die. From life giving oxygen to life taking viruses, hep C, HIV, syphilis, (now that's a very nasty one).
I would never have played on a period, but like everything in life we are all different, we are all individual and adult enough to do what feels right for us. Xxxx Suzi |

Still to try the sponge tampons like Beppy. "
I'm a fan of beppy every now and again... not a fan of the cup to be honest |

If there's a chance of mother nature turning up before a planned club night you can use Norethisterone to delay her visit x
Personally I'd still go out either way as I love the social side and getting to know people I'd like to meet again in future, but I totally understand why some women just don't feel sexy when they're on. |

This is interesting. I was wondering what I would as this will no doubt happen to me (a lot, knowing my luck)
I would still like to go and socialise at least. I wasn't sure what the etiquette was though. Good to know some people might still play.
I'm going to have a look at beppy too. Thanks!

Really interesting to see people's opinions..
Beppy are great, not the easiest to use always, and not for heavy days for sure.
I think that as long as I felt OK I'd go for the social and looking, play if I felt like it using hands and mouth and if I'm there with hound we see how the mood takes.
Don't feel like playing with others would be for me at that time x |

Haha. I was thinking the same with the "using mouth" thoughts. I love giving oral, I'd get so turned on and not having sex would get me so frustrated. So would be all or nothing play wise (if the other person wanted to obviously) But definitely go for a social (bloating, tiredness and mood depending) |

Id still go, I get super horny on my period and theres a few really great options for menstrual discs these days so no need to sit it out. I personally love my lumma cup but you can also get the ziggy, nixit or flex (dosposable) discs pretty easy on jeff bezo's site and away you go, you cant feel it and it doesnt negatively affect the guys either. |

In all he years I was with my ex it never stopped us doing what we wanted to do. It's interesting how most of the posts seem to have come from women, which is understandable given the subject, but I'd be interested to know how many guys, like me, would be happy to play regardless of mother nature being there. |

I'm not predictable but can tell when I'm due on by how my body feels, if I take it as soon as I start my period then it stops it. I only use it occasionally too so it's perfect for me. |

Personally I wouldn’t go, mostly because I have the most horrendous cramps and period pains. I’ve spent three days dosed up on cocodamol and stuck on the sofa this week because of the pain. But also because I wouldn’t feel able to enjoy it as much, I don’t feel sexy for that whole week!

Mine come and go whenever they like, never ever been regular and I get really bloated, the pain can be horrific and mine are heavy, quite often im sick from the pain so I hide away for atleast 3 days when it appears so always ruins play I wouldn't go purely because mine make me feel so poorly and look so drained and run down. |

We went to a club this weekend with Kitty on her period. With a tampon in, The Boy, and only The Boy, can go down on her. So all play would be with this in mind. However we try to arrange stuff to avoid! |

There's a place which sells a flat equivalent of the cup. You can put it in and people can still fuck you with it in. I can't remember what they're called though
.... I used them quite a bit and you don't even need to tell people. They feel really comfortable in as well and you can't even tell you're wearing them. But they are fairly expensive. I don't use anything else now! Just make sure you take a few extra to change them.

Some men are not put off by women on their period ( I haven't) but its down to personal preference.
It may be respectful to speak to the owners to get their perspective and obviously make sure the people you hitch up with have no objections |

Definitely go it's not all about playing as all the good clubs (secrets in your area) have a really good social side to the night you can still meet people and create connections for future opportunities?
Like others have said you probably have other talents, Got a strap-on? You could consider focusing on other elements of play you would not normally get around to trying?
A beppy is in every good girls play/party bag and we've found that amazon came up with a more reasonable price alternative that works just as well - in emergency ask as plenty of the other girls carry one.
Hope this helps |

I've this problem - 98% of every single time we organise anything fab related (we operate social rule, so play is never guaranteed no matter where we are or who with) I get my period!
We still go ahead with our plans, but any kind of chance of play is off the table.
Period sex with Dirk - not a problem. Be it foreplay, him going down on me or penetration. Neither of us has any problems with my blood.
I would be greatly putt off other women's periods and would not want to touch her genitals even with a tampon or a cup in, so would greatly appreciate if potential play partner would give a heads up.
Someone mentioned dark rooms - if I would happen to be in one of those and smelled someones period blood (I do have an extremely sensitive nose) - that would put me off going to another dark room for life.
Double standards? yes! Can I help my gag reflex? Nope
There's period tracking apps out there, which are very easy to use and great help for booking party/club dates for seasoned club goers. |

Period tracking apps only work if you have regular periods though.
Not an answer for most of us women or we’d simply not book on those dates ha
Everyone should be aware, but no one I’ve ever played with has noticed a beppy sponge. (They always know about it). |

Obviously it's not a solution for all and I'm guilty of not using the app regularly enough to be able to plan things ahead myself lol
Beppy sponge isn't an answer for all either - someone I used to work with used it - I could smell her period from a distance.
I'm sure it's not the sponges fault, but it was enough to mentally turn me right off even coming near one when it's in use.

All of those things are present in my vaginal fluid. Or, at least, they would be if I had them. There is absolutely no scientific reason apart from personal preference not to have period sex. |

We certainly wouldn't be playing but may still go for a pre-arranged social of the cramps weren't bad. In all honesty though, it's highly likely we'd just not go at all that week. |
