I use the PowerDirector app on my Android phone if I want to do this on the go, mainly as I have the app for doing other bits of mobile video editing. Whilst it gives a lot more control than some other apps it is also more involved getting it to work than dedicated apps. |

for every app that blurs therte's one that unblurs...
best thing to do is us an app to blur then screenshot the image after as that then makes it a hard copy that cant be unblurred or photo the image after using app ... |
