So I’ve just found my photo on some else’s profile? God knows why?!?
Why would someone do this and what do I do?

Why which one? It’s me in the bath looking down towards my feet. I’ve messaged them and will report. |

I was just curious which one of you they had chosen above the others. They are all great photos. Very sexy. |

If I were catfishing I’d not choose the photo with the belly! I’d go for someone with a slim body!! |

It’s not right but it’s a sexy belly |

Weve had this, which is why on this profile we have watermarked all pics.
Admin were rubbish. They just told the person to remove our pics.
Should have been banned in our opinion |

It can be tricky for Admin... You know it's your picture, but how do they know your not the person who stole the picture?? I am sure they must get some element of malicious reporting alongside the genuine concerns.
Not saying Admin took the correct course of action, but sometimes it's hard to know what that course should be. Presumably they have standard policies and reasons for why they are how they are. |

Maybe they are an honest catfisher?
Perhaps slim bods don't get all the best offers? |

In our case it was obvious they were ours, they only stole a few. We were very distinguishable and our pics were themed and part of a set on our gallery. So question who they belonged to.
Personally, i believe it was for financial reasons that they don't ban. This person had a gold membership. And weirdly a ton of their own veris, so not sure why they felt the need to steal pics |

An honest cat fisher!!!!
Still getting my head around the fact that some people like my curves!
Anyway it’s been taken down now. Lesson learned, will watermark photos.

Unfortunately we have experienced similar. A pic of my other (far more attractive) half appeared on someone else’s profile, we asked the guy to remove it and he refused, in fact moving it to close up and placing it as his profile pic. Reported to admin and nothing happened for 2 weeks. Not really sure how it ever got passed as a photo of a single male in that case. I understand admins are busy and at times the ownership of a photo etc can be tricky to determine but there are some clear cut cases based around upload dates, identifiable features etc
Also before a forum mod comes on to say that they have checked and can’t find a report from me about pics on this name it was from a couples profile |

Lots of people like a curve!
I have long since accepted that it doesn't matter what someone looks like or is in to, there is bound to be someone a few miles away that also likes it and wants to meet up.
This site just shows there are a lot of very strange people out there (and a lot of normal ones too).
Pick any fantasy idea you can think of, someone is into it. |

Take as a compliment in first instance.
Then maybe watermark your pictures going forward.. |

Well in fairness, its illegal to redistribute other peoples pics without their consent. Simple as that.
Hence why people post warnings in their profile description, for those that are ignorant of the law.
Admin should be brutal with anyone clearly taking this action, zero tolerance.
Obviously people posting pics accept that theres a small redistribution risk, but that doesnt make it right or acceptable before anyone says otherwise |

I had someone this year continually posting my pics. You have to be tenacious and keep reporting. Eventually Admin get it sorted. |

My photos on instagram have been stolen so many times, I’ve lost count! They’ve been used in dating sights, escort sites, to make other social media accounts - the lot.
It’s frustrating as fuck and I’m sorry this has happened to you. Maybe watermark your images in future? You shouldn’t have to but people are twats |

Normally you don't hear anything back from a report but in this case you will. You will get a mail saying they are looking into it and the person you reported will get a mail about it, then you will get a mail when resolved
Give Admin time to get to the report, they get many reports a day
