First meet etiquette

We have arranged our first meet on Saturday evening.

So what is the general etiquette? Do we take wine? Do we take anything?

Any advice is appreciated

We never expect anyone to bring anything, but as hosts (to single guys) we always offer hot or cold drinks and make sure everything's tidy and clean and that there's towels.

I guess it's different for couples meeting couples (we wish!) where you might also be having dinner. In that case maybe take a bottle.

If you're not sure ask them. 'It's very kind of you to host - would you like us to bring anything?'

Would be awkward to turn your with alcohol and find one or more parties doesn't drink etc.
